Custom Order Policies

Quotes for custom work are based on materials, square footage and design requirements and do not include freight or installation charges. All custom orders require a deposit to secure materials, original artwork and a production time slot. Deposits for custom work are non-refundable. Under certain circumstances a deposit may be applied to another project, provided that any change in materials, square footage and or artwork are compatible with the original quote.

Installations of certain architectural projects may require outside services from a sub-contractor, such as a glazier or a general contractor. Charges for these services are in most cases additional. Arrangements for these services may be retained and coordinated by the client or our company. Clients are provided with a line drawing(s) of their project, in most cases at full scale, for their approval before any production takes place. Upon approval of drawing(s) the project moves into production. Upon completion of work the balance of the project is due prior to delivery. All shipments are insured for the full purchase price.

Shipping Policies

Orders are shipped via UPS. Large or oversized items may be shipped by freight. Shipping insurance is added to each order. The delivery time varies based on the option selected at checkout. In stock orders ship within 5-7 business days unless otherwise indicated.

Return Policies

We would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not happy with your selection, items may be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchse. Refunds are not available. We are very careful about packing and shipping delicate items. In the event that your order is lost, damaged, or stolen, you will need to file a claim with the shipping company. Claims should be filed right away, we recommend within 7 days at the latest.
